Privacy Policy

Introduction

This site is operated by Premy, the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR. Questions and requests: premycoo@gmail.com

There are no accounts, comments, forms, or newsletter signups. You never need to give us your name, email, or anything else.

What we collect

Two services collect data automatically while you browse:

• Google Analytics 4 — which pages you view, how long you stay, where you arrived from, approximate location (country/city), device and browser. It places two cookies named _ga and _ga_6310XLG47G.
• Cloudflare — the site is hosted here. Page load performance is measured without cookies; request logs including IP addresses may be processed for security.

Why we use it

Only to understand how the site is used, see which posts are read, and detect technical problems. No ads, no data sales.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, plus what is technically necessary to serve it.

Who we share it with

Only the two providers above: Google LLC (analytics) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting). Both are located outside Turkey. No other party receives anything.

Cookies

This site shows no cookie consent banner; analytics cookies are set when the page loads. If you do not want them, block analytics cookies in your browser settings, delete existing ones, or use tracking protection. Blocking them does not affect the site.

Your light/dark theme choice is not a cookie; it stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

Data security

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken: the site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and no personal data is stored server-side.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so perfect security cannot be guaranteed.

How long it is kept

Analytics data is retained for the default Google Analytics 4 retention period. The site itself stores no personal data of its own.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to a decision made solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.

To exercise these rights, write to premycoo@gmail.com. Requests are answered within thirty days.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and no data is knowingly collected from them. If you believe such data was collected, write to the address above and it will be deleted.

Changes
